Empathic Counseling offers individual sessions to people across Oregon looking to address the following issues: anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction.

Couples Therapy

 

Empathic Counseling offers therapy to couples across Oregon.  All sessions will be conducted via telehealth / telemedicine through video chat or over the phone.  No in-person sessions are being offered at this time.

Group Therapy

 

Empathic Counseling offers group counseling to people across Oregon. Groups are set to begin in Spring of 2024.  Payment is determined on a sliding scale based on income that ranges from $55 - $75.  

 

The following Groups are proposed: 

• Emotional Support Group for Empaths

• Psychoeducation Group on Boundaries

• Psychoeducation Group on Identifying / Handling Difficult People in Life

• General Group Therapy (aka Process Group)

Counseling for Empaths

 

Do you consider yourself an Empath?  Do you have a special gift for reading others and for feeling their emotions as strongly as you would your own?  If you’re an empath, then chances are you’re also intuitive, deeply caring of others, and are known for your kindness and creativity.  

 

Yet even with these unique and special qualities, Empaths may also experience inner hardships that other people in their lives aren’t aware of or don’t fully understand.  In lieu of this, Empathic Counseling is offering Focused Therapy  created for Empaths by a fellow Empath.  This counseling style is designed to help empower you to heal, grow, and ultimately thrive in a world that may not always feel the most supportive or appreciative of your beautiful gifts.
